Movie You Dancing (2004)

John Clark is a man with a great job, a charming wife and a loving family who still feels something is missing as he does his way through the city each day. Every evening on his way home from work, John sees a beautiful woman, staring with a lost expression through the window of a ballroom. Haunted by her gaze, John hastily jumps off the train one night, and signs for dance lessons, hoping to meet her. At first, it seemed like a mistake. Her teacher turns out to be not Paulina, but former Miss Mitzi, and John proves just as clumsy as his classmates avoid equally failing on the dance floor. Even worse, when he failed to meet Paulina, she coldly told John she hoped he had come to the studio to seriously study dance and not look for a day.
