Hidden Neighbor Movie (2016)

Ethan and Sean are tech-savvy teenagers who decide to test their program on their neighbor, Harold Grainey, by convincing him that his house is haunted. When Grainey left the house one afternoon, the two installed equipment to simulate the haunting, as well as creepy images to see Grainey’s reaction. But both of them were wrong, when Ethan and Sean soon realized the fatal mistake of choosing Grainey as their target.
