Dear John (2010)

After leaving the military to visit home, John met Savannah, a gorgeous but extremely conservative college student. After a deep dive into the sea to find a purse she accidentally dropped, John and Savannah quickly became friends. After that, they gradually realized that they were both deeply in love and decided to plan to get married. However, after 9/11, John had to return to the army and Savannah often wrote him letters beginning with the word “Dear John”. Receiving her letters, John is very excited and thinks of one day being able to return home next to Savannah. However, time and distance are always challenges to promises. One day, John still receives a letter that begins with the word “Dear John”, but ends with the word “Good Bye”…
