Movie The Killing of a Sacred Deer (2017)

After the untimely death of 16-year-old Martin’s father on the operating table, little by little, a deep and empathetic bond began to form between him and respected Cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Steven Murphy. Expensive gifts at first and then an invitation to dinner soon earn an orphaned teenager, the approval of Dr. Steven’s perfect family, though at the outset, a sensation vague, but terrifying that made Martin feel too out of date. And then, all of a sudden, the idyllic family is a cruel and excruciating punishment, and at the same time, everything will begin to fall apart as innocent people suffer. In the end, for the sins of a whole family burden, only an unimaginable and unreliable decision requiring a pure sacrifice can purify the soul. But to find catharsis, one must first admit guilt.
