The film will follow 16-year-old Ruby, who possesses the most powerful superpower among friends with “unusual” abilities like herself, including Liam, Chubs, and Suzume. Ruby’s world is full of harshness when 98% of children die from strange diseases. The remaining 2% possess superpowers that even they can’t control. The boys and girls uncover a number of mysteries, and when Ruby and her friends realize that running away is not the solution, they come together to face and fight the adults who have betrayed them.
